Returns Policy

For your information and peace of mind, we ask that you read our Returns Policy and Terms & Conditions before placing your order. Please get in touch with any questions that arise.

 

Every Inkartel product is made-to-order, which means we aren’t able to resell them and we’re conscious of the impact of waste on the environment. We can only offer returns in these exceptional cases:

  • If you or your investors/customers have received an incorrect or mis-printed product

  • Or if the product is faulty

 

Please notify us (or ask the recipient to get in touch) about any fault or mistake with an order within14 days of receipt at support@inkartel.com and include:

  • Your Order Number (or INK code, if you have one)

  • The name on the order

  • A photo(s) of the item, clearly showing any issues

 

We rely on this information to offer a resolution. In instances of a production issue, we retain the right to offer a reprint/replacement to do so.

 

Samples are not eligible for return.

Cancellations & Refunds

We can only accept refund requests if an order is cancelled before the digital production process begins. A charge may apply if you cancel after this point. If you need to cancel an order, please contact support@inkartel.com as soon as possible.
