How exactly will Inkartel help me to elevate my merch game?Regular Print on Demand platforms, such as Redbubble, Printful and Printify aren’t built for Creators. They’re made for dropshippers and leave a huge amount of work up to the individual to build a successful merch business. They take a ‘one size fits all’ approach to pricing, products and terms. We’ve bridged the gap so that Creators can focus on their passion; creating more engaging and entertaining content. Our team helped to build one of the world’s biggest POD platforms so this is our bread and butter. Now we’ve set our sights on helping Creators. Through direct relationships with the best suppliers around, we negotiate custom prices and terms for our Creators, while offering an unlimited product range and removing the stress of managing stores. We’ll even support your community in any language. We provide the world’s most comprehensive service for its most influential Creators. Ready to elevate your merch game?

What happens after I book a call? We’ll start by discussing your goals and requirements while developing a thorough understanding of your brand and audience, diving deep into your content along the way. We’ll suggest designs and products that appeal to your fans, setting out strategies for launch and scale developed from a proven blueprint for selling merch, having worked with thousands of successful dropshippers. We’ll send you samples and have your store up and running in as little as 2 weeks after that, ready for you to promote your merch to your community. We’ll then fulfil orders and analyse sales performance to continually improve your store and products. You can take a backseat or get as involved as you’d like every step of the way. After all, you’re the boss. We just do the work we do best.
-
What does it cost to partner with Inkartel? Our service comes with no upfront costs for launching a store or using our supply network - it's free! This caters for 99% of our Creators’ requirements. If yours happen to involve building or integrating a novel solution that we don’t yet have and isn’t available elsewhere, we may quote a consultancy fee. That’s because solutions like this are usually untested or come with higher risks Once we’ve discussed your requirements, work out any extraordinary costs and share quotes for payment processing fees and customer support before deducting that from your profit payout.
-
Can I integrate or transfer my current merch store?Yes, you certainly can! We can provide back-end integrations to your stores as long as they aren’t hosted by a traditional Print on Demand platform. We can connect to your Shopify, Woocommerce, Etsy, Amazon, Ebay and Squarespace stores, plus dozens of other platforms and custom sites. We can also transfer your products from your current store to a brand new one, at no cost. This makes it possible for us to manage stores for you. Whatever your preference, we’re here to help.
-
How do I get paid? We’ll deduct the cost of production, fulfilment, taxes, card fees and customer support from your sales revenue, before paying you the remainder as pure profit every month. We can pay directly into your bank or PayPal account - or any other major transfer method, in any currency.
-
Am I free to work with other providers? We generally consider partnerships with our Creators to be exclusive. That said, you’re not tied into a fixed term and you’re free to close your store at any time. We’re so committed to providing the most comprehensive solution to merchandise with the very best experience that we’re confident you won’t need to look elsewhere.
-
Are products and methods eco-friendly and responsibly sourced? We’ve worked with apparel from every major manufacturer and found that the most ethically sourced products are generally the best. So we’re committed to prioritising products and suppliers that are WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Apparel Production) and GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified, PETA-Vegan approved and meet the Global Recycled Standard, using up to 7x less water and zero waste. We conduct random biannual spot checks to ensure that there are absolutely no sweatshops anywhere in our supply chain, ever.
